See how production informs title
  1. Locate the relevant wells

Review surface locations, bottom holes, and available lateral and take-point evidence against the tract. A well crossing a section does not, by itself, establish that it holds the lease.

  2. Check the production window

Compare reported production with the dates that matter to the lease. Flag reported zero-production periods and distinguish them from months with no report.

  3. Read the lease provisions

Bring production evidence into HBP, cessation, Pugh, and depth-clause analysis. Flag possible termination or released acreage and identify what still needs verification.
